Time: Prep – 10 minutes, Cook – 55 minutes
6 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 tsp vanilla sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
- Mix all ingredients and pour into greased Bundt pan.
- Bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
Topping:
confection sugar
6oz chocolate melted
- When cake is cooled, sprinkle confection sugar on top and drizzle chocolate over sugar.
Tips: This cake tastes amazing! Even without the topping this is a great base cake. When I melted the chocolate it was to thick to drizzle so I ended up spreading it on the cake. It hardened nicely with the cake.
