Yield: Bundt Cake
Time: Prep – 10 minutes, Cook – 55 minutes
1 cup oil
6 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla sugar
2 Tbsp cocoa
- Mix all ingredients except cocoa and pour 2/3 of batter into greased Bundt pan.
- Add cocoa to remaining batter and swirl into pan to marbleize.
- Bake at 350 for 55 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
Tips: This is a lot more dense than the almond marble cake but great tasting in its own way.
