Time: Prep – 15 minutes, Cook – 55 minutes
2 1/4 cups flour
1 3/4 cups sugar
2/3 cup cocoa
2 tsp coffee
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/4 cup cup oil
- Mix all ingredients well, and then slowly add oil.
- Pour into Bundt pan and bake at 350 for 45 minutes, then lower oven to 325 and bake for 15 minutes more.
Topping
1/2 small jar of marshmallow fluff
8oz whip topping
- Mix topping ingredients.
- When cake has cooled, spread topping over cake.
Tips: For the coffee mix a little bit of hot water with the granules to dissolve them. For the topping, first melt the marshmallow fluff in a pan and pour over cake. Whip up the whip topping and pour over once all is cooled. This cake tasted really good! But I do think it would be better if you would slice it in half and put the marshmallow fluff in middle and only the whipped topping on top.
