Time: Prep – 4 minutes, Cook – 25 minutes
1 cup margarine
2 cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla sugar
4 eggs
1 cup flour
2/3 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp baking powder
- Cream margarine, sugar and vanilla well, and then add eggs.
- Gradually combine with rest of ingredients.
- Spread into greased 9x13 inch pan and bake for 25 minutes or until done.
Tips: These brownies are in between type, not fluffy like a cake but yet also not dense like a real brownie. The taste though, is quite good.
