Time: Prep – 3 minutes, Cook – 35 minutes
3/4 cup oil
2 cups sugar
1 cup flour
1 cup cocoa
4 egg whites
2 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
- Mix all ingredients.
- Spread into 8x8 inch pan and bake at 350 for for 35 minutes.
Tips: For some reason the outer part of the brownie got burnt while the middle was still raw so i would advise that you cover these brownies before putting in the oven. These do get good and chewy/fudgy.
