Time: Prep – 10 minutes, Cook – 1 hour
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
4 eggs
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup orange juice
Filling:
5 apples, sliced
2 Tbsp sugar
dash of cinnamon
- Mix cake ingredients.
- Pour half of cake mixture into 9x13 pan.
- Combine filling ingredients and pour on top.
- Then pour rest of cake mixture on top of filling. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
