Project Dessert

Started going Through a 200 page dessert book 1-at-a-time daily until i got to #80 and the recipes were getting horrible so #100-#200 will be desserts i find that look interesting to make...enjoy!


Price to make: $8.94

Yield: 2 9-inch round cakes

Time: Prep – 5 minutes, Cook – 55 minutes


16oz pareve cream cheese

16oz whip topping

3 eggs

1 vanilla sugar

2/3 cup sugar

1 Tbsp lemon juice

2 graham cracker crusts

  • Mix all ingredients and divide into two crusts.
  • Bake at 350 for 55 minutes.

Tips: This is a very creamy pareve cheesecake.
